A functional and nice-looking floor is essential. I will lay a new floating floor made of any material, including skirting boards and trims.

The floor surface must be prepared for the chosen type of flooring with the required quality and levelness.
When selecting flooring, don’t focus only on its appearance. It’s important to consider its placement and load. When purchasing, also account for cutting waste, which may be 5–10% depending on the room. Also, consider buying extra material for possible future repairs.
For leveling large floor areas, I am not equipped, and therefore I do not perform this activity. I also do not glue flooring to the subfloor.
